This workshop is designed to introduce educators to the strategic application of instructional technology through a gamification approach in teaching and learning. Participants will explore the basic concepts of gamification, principles of technology-based instructional design, and effective digital learning assessment and measurement methods with the support of the GamiKelas model. In the era of technological learning, the use of digital tools alone is not enough without strong pedagogical planning. Therefore, this workshop emphasizes how technology and gamification can be used meaningfully to increase student engagement, support the achievement of learning outcomes, and provide a more active and student-focused learning experience. Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, participants will have the opportunity to design technology-based teaching activities, simulate digital assessments, and identify real challenges and issues in implementing gamification in the classroom. This workshop is expected to help educators develop a more systematic, reflective, and relevant teaching approach to today's learning needs.
