Synopsis: The aim of this course is to equip teachers trainees with the basic competencies necessary to facilitate their student learning of morphology, syntax and semantics. Students will be exposed to the basic concepts of morphology, syntax and semantics. Whilst English morphology, syntax and semantics are the main foci of the course, the mechanics of other languages will be discussed for the purpose of comparison.

This course discusses the themes that are related to traditions, political change and administration in the Malay Peninsular Sabah and Sarawak starting from the Era of Melaka Malay Sultanate until 1957. Students will be provided with knowledge that will enable them to understand the governing system, socio-economy of the society, political process and conflicts that erupted in the duration of the study. It comprises of changes in the traditional political system after the introduction of the British administration in the 19th century, and the emergence of nationalism and the establishment of a pluralistic society in the early 20th century. In the title of nationalism, aspects of Islamic reform (Youth), the development of communism and the emergence of political parties also debated.

The course aims to enhance students' understanding of the aspects related to interior design. Students will be exposed to the principles, theories and concepts of entrepreneurship from the point of business in the field of interior decoration further. In addition, students are also exposed to the probability, challenges and rewards that will be available if they choose to become an entrepreneur or work in the field of interior decoration.

This course aims to expose students about prioritization organization, history and the importance in country development. Students also will be exposed about Malaysian Prison Department and the basic of volunteerism, acts, acts and rule, and the law of prison, marching and martial art training.

This course is designed to provide a thorough introduction to the foundations and paradigms of programming languages. Theoretical and practical aspects of language design and programming practice will be examined in a functional programming context. Further topics include functional programming; comparison of object-oriented languages; type systems for functional and object-oriented languages; runtime systems for functional and object-oriented languages. A variety of programming languages will be used to illustrate concepts, e.g., JavaScript, C, C++ and others.

Counselling Practicum is a course designed to provide counselling training before students undergo internship. This course aims to expose students to real clients so they gain experience and understanding of techniques, basic skills and management of counselling services. Through this course, students are given the opportunity to document, practice basic theoretical concepts and skills.
